So its almost here, the first ever #RootsTechLondon Conference is less the one month away……………….am I excited……………………………you bet I am!

October 24-26th brings the first ever RootsTech Conference to be staged outside of Salt Lake City and I am so grateful that they have chosen London as the venue. My expectations are sky high, so lets hope that the wonderful people at RootsTech can exceed my expectations.

What do I expect to gain from attending my first ever #RootsTech Conference?

I am looking forward to the energy events like this bring, the buzz and the vibe of meeting like minded Genealogists from literally around the World. I can’t wait to learn new things and expand my Genealogy knowledge by attending some of the 150+ lectures and workshops that have been scheduled for us.

I am also excited to explore all the wonderful things in the main Exhibition Hall and visit all of the wonderful exhibitors, some of the biggest names in the Genealogy World will be there. I also can’t wait to explore all the latest innovations in the Genealogy World at the Demo Theatre.

Coaches Corner looks an ideal place for me to try and knock down some of my major Brick walls with the help of some Genealogy Professionals. Not forgetting of course the wonderful Keynote speakers that we get the chance to hear speak.

Above all else, I am looking forward to meeting you, yes, every single one of you like minded Family History Researchers, that shares this wonderful hobby with me! Events like this are a great way to socialize, collaborate, meet people from all over the world and meet people that you maybe only know from Social Media, plus you get the additional  chance to meet some old friends and make some new friends.
