Welcome to week 23 of my Genealogy challenge, from the wonderful Amy Johnson Crow, of writing something about your Ancestors for a whole year, #52Ancestors in 52 weeks.
This weeks prompt is ‘Wedding’ and one of my favourite Family History pictures is the Wedding of my Great Uncle Peace Chiddicks and Dolly Ellis.
The Marriage took place on 19th march 1927 at The Baptist Church, Foxton Road, Grays, Essex. The Wedding Picture is below and I have been able to identify some, but not all of those in the Picture.
Front Row L-R
Unknown (presumed to be Bride’s Father) Unknown (presumed to be Bride’s Mother) Unknown (presumed to be Bride’s Sister), Percy Chiddicks, Dorothy Ellis, Unknown, Caroline Chiddicks, William Chiddicks
Second Row L-R
Unknown, Unknown, Unknown, Horace Chiddicks (My Grandad), Gladys Maud Chiddicks, Hilda Chiddicks, Florence Chiddicks, Unknown, Edwin Bradford
Back Row
Sadly I am unable to identify anybody in this row, presumably these are the brides family.
